We want to make sure our guests leave Casa Lola feeling happy and content. Here is a sampling of the feedback we've received from our guests over the years.

“Fantastic very child friendly villa”
It is a fantastic property that is very well managed. We went for a week (4 adults and 2 toddlers and 1 baby) and it perfectly matched our needs. It is in a beautiful area, it is pretty remote but we loved that. The barn in particular was amazing for the kids, so many toys and things to do. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is loads of toys and things to do and lots of space both indoors and outdoors. The area doesn't have many tourists but we found all the locals very friendly. Can't recommend it enough.

Casa Lola is paradise for toddlers - and adults. The house is beautiful, there's a never ending range of entertainment for the little ones from the swimming pool to a sandpit perfectly located in the shade for the afternoon, and a warehouse packed full of toys including a giant trampoline. The toiletries in the bathroom make you feel like you are in a five star hotel, but Victoria's charming help and advice from the time we booked is one of a kind. We booked a chef to cook for us on Victoria's recommendation and that was brilliant, allowing the adults to relax and indulge in amazing food without worrying about babysitters or taxis. Overall, it was the best holiday we've had since our son was born. I'd definitely go back

Casa Lola is the perfect retreat from the sound and fury of working life. The house is extremely comfortable, well equipped and has a charming atmosphere. The views are even more spectacular than they appear in the photographs and it is easy to spend all day gazing in admiration. For the more active, the pool and games room are great assets and much appreciated by young and old alike. With an easy journey from either Perugia or Ancona, and numerous excursiosn within easy range, we could not have enjoyed our holiday more. I would strongly recommend Casa Lola.

We love Casa Lola so much that we keep coming back every year. The house is charming and has bags of character but entirely practical and fully equipped, whether for grown-ups, tiddlers or even those somewhere in between. It's roomy and welcoming, stylish but not at all prissy. The pool is glorious and the views - especially of the mountains in the early mornings - utterly beguiling. You will need a car to get around but the location is rural and quiet rather than remote. The Local towns - Amandola and Sarnarno - are both within 20min drive. Amandola in particular is a lovely little town with a beautiful square and wonderful food shopping. The people are very friendly and proud of their town, and if you make the effort to speak even a litttle Italian you will usually be rewarded with a smile. There's even a supermarket at the bottom of the hill there which is open on Sunday - handy for when you arrive and all the other shops are shut. The fascinating social spectacle that is the Italian seaside is about an hour away by car, complete with palm-fringed boulevards and spotless beaches dotted with umbrellas and sun loungers provided by the hotel and bars that line the fronts of most Adriatic resort towns. Anyone who enjoys being in, on, or up mountains is unlikely to get as far as the seaside though. Walking in the Sybillines is truly stunning and not to be missed. Plenty of maps and guidebooks provided.
If you're looking for a truly relaxing, delightfuland practical family holiday, in a part of Italy which is much less touristy that Tuscany but runs it a close second for natural beauty, you won't find better.

A week is not enough, need at least two. You have made a wonderful home from home in a special place.

If the pictures of Casa Lola are at all misleading, it is only because they do not do full justice to this fine old farmhouse and its panoramic views of the Sibillini mountains. During our two-week stay the weather was glorious - even the thunderstorms we watched on two occasions brewing up over the mountains from the terrace were spectacular. The house itself is well-equipped, comfortable and spacious - more than enough room for the six of us to 'do our own thing' when we wanted to and get together when we were more inclined to be sociable. Everything the owners say about the property and facilities is spot on. The pool proved very popular even with those of us who are not normally enthusiastic swimmers. The surrounding area is relatively unspoilt and the locals particularly welcoming. And although there are only a few restaurants near by they all had their own particular charm. Casa Lola is an ideal holiday home for people who enjoy the country rather than the bright lights. We were delighted to be in the region before hordes of tourists discover it, as they surely must.
